I have an apartment that I want to sell. I lost money in that house and I bought it 4 years ago. I do not want to use a lawyer as I am on a very tight budget and want to get rid of the property. I know many of you will suggest that to use a lawyer but in my case, much as I like to use it, I cannot. Please advise how to go about. Thanks. Angie.
