Hi, I need some opinion on short term ental. I travel a lot and it looks like Malaysia is presently one of the nicer places to stay. I have already stayed in a short-term lease in a single-storey terraced house in Ipoh Perak. It started from Airbnb and I extended it myself it is over and kept on extending. It has been like 6 months already. If I were to extend another 6 months, do you think it is better to get a tenancy agreement on this even if it is for 6 months? Is it required here? Thanks. Anders
