Anyone noticed that the property exhibitions are getting less crowded and less people inquiring ? I heard from my real estate agent friend that rental in Penang is still OK (but mainly to foreigners) but sales are down like 30-50%.

Of course in Penang, MM2H is drawing the foreigners in, which is good. If not for them, the rental market would have collapsed...

Confirm less interest. Queensbay Mall has property exhibitions and definately the number of people asking or sitting around the table with the developer is significantly less than before
