I have a high end condo in Tanjung Bungah Penang. As i am only here periodically i want to rent it out. I tried Mudah with little success. iProperty seems rather expensive and I doubt the value of putting an add into newspapers. Anyone having success with with advertising on property portals?

Not many avenues for private owners to sell or rent their properties. Seems like the existing advertising avenues is very limited.
