Malacca is one of the places to stay in Malaysia. How is the medical facilities stack up against Penang ? I know Langkawi has poor medical facilities.

probably the case

Property Portals in Malaysia / Property websites

Thinking of moving to Penang for a few months to see if it is a great place to stay. Will be going to New Zealand for a couple of weeks before returning again. Lookthrough the websites of iProperty and and Propertyguru. Disorganized and many listings are not real or even outright fake. Did a lot more search using google and find a few other websites that are not promising. Interestingly, found one by Michelle Lai at www.propertiesinpenang.com that is quite good. Will contact her when I return to see if she can put me up for at least 3-6 months.

Renting Property / Short term rent - tenancy agreement?
« on: December 13, 2016, 03:55:52 PM »
Hi, I need some opinion on short term ental. I travel a lot and it looks like Malaysia is presently one of the nicer places to stay. I have already stayed in a short-term lease in a single-storey terraced house in Ipoh Perak. It started from Airbnb and I extended it myself it is over and kept on extending. It has been like 6 months already. If I were to extend another 6 months, do you think it is better to get a tenancy agreement on this even if it is for 6 months? Is it required here? Thanks. Anders
