FYI - for investors outside, developers, especially desperate ones will give good discounts and some of them even give special financing terms for bulk purchases. I have a friend who bought 15% of the entire development and he got like 20% discount. Yeah the property could not sell well but my friend thinks he can do a better job than the developer. Squeezed them hard !

yalah... developers just want to sell. if they can sell all to one person, they will also do it. after that can close shop already mah ! No need to pay so much for cost of businesss.
