When I read news posted by iProperty and PropertyGuru and other portals the message that they are trying to spread is that the property market, despite softening in the last year is still very strong and everyone thinks there are still profits to be made.
However, when listening to property agents then I get a different message altogether. So, is that positive outlook mainly on the property market in KL? What areas are good to still invest in proprieties?
