Guys, any idea if the banks are doing more stringent checks? I am selling my property and it looks like 3 out of 4 of them have their loans rejected. So far from my contacts in the bank, there are no changes. Anyone out there working in the banks? Or is it because of the eminent recession that the banks are getting more cautious or the property prices are way too high (valuation?)
